• If it is your first time signing in, please do so 5-10 minutes earlier for initial set up.

  • LIVE virtual training works best in an area of your home where the WiFi is strong.

  • Your camera and audio must be on to get the most value out of your training experience.

  • You do have the option to mute yourself if you need privacy to talk to your kids, etc.

  • Have your exercise mat ready to go. If you don't have a mat, comfy carpet works fine too. 

  • Have your water bottle filled and within arm's reach.
