If it is your first time signing in, please do so 5-10 minutes earlier for initial set up.
LIVE virtual training works best in an area of your home where the WiFi is strong.
Your camera and audio must be on to get the most value out of your training experience.
You do have the option to mute yourself if you need privacy to talk to your kids, etc.
Have your exercise mat ready to go. If you don't have a mat, comfy carpet works fine too.
Have your water bottle filled and within arm's reach.
